Gray Stuart AND THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
graystuart.com operates a property portal that aggregates property listings and various services from Third Party Real Estate Agents, Developers and Service Providers from around the World who pay to use our advertising service – “Service Providers”.
In order to provide our service to you, where you request specific information or make an enquiry about a service we are required to transfer your personal data to said Service Provider so that they service your requirements. When we do transfer information to Service Providers (or any third party that acts on their behalf) they will be responsible for the information in their possession and that information will be subject to any privacy terms or policies that they have in place; we are not responsible for use (or misuse) of your information by any of our Service Providers.
For the avoidance of doubt, some Service Providers are based outside of the UK & EU, by consenting to our use of your personal data you are consenting to us transferring your data to a Service Provider, no matter where they are located who we deem can best service your enquiry.
