The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Bangkok is part of ICONSIAM, a mixed-use mega retail and residential project, located on the bank of Bangkok’s largest river—The Chao Phraya River. As the name implies, ICONSIAM is aiming to become a landmark for Bangkok and the riverfront. The project budget is targeted at 50 billion baht to be built on approximately 80,000 square meters of land with 400 meters of prime riverfront access, which makes it the largest single master project launched in Bangkok.
